I’m writing to express my real disappointment at being denied access to the Amazon prime lounge at the Wembley SSE arena on Sunday 28th October. Myself and my family and friends (6 adults in total) paid £25 each (£150 total) to access the lounge during the Amr Diab concert as I needed to rest because I am pregnant. Club Seats are located in front of the lower tiered seats on the north and south sides of the arena.
